polyfoam is a chemical compound used to raise the level of concrete slabs which are sinking due to erosion of dirt and rock material, underneath. This is a common problem which can show up years after the inital concrete installation. by filling the eroded areas under the concrete, polyfoam can essentially reverse decades of erosion, stabilizing the installation to the original condition the slab, from when it was first poured.
